Sharon Graham, Director of Play at SoulaceB, and Heather Anderson, Integral Master Coach, will co-facilitate a day of curious exploration of the pelvic floor.

Through guided exercises, we will explore what we notice when we shift our awareness from the busyness of our heads to the pelvic floor.

A note on the source: Most of the practices explored during this playshop are derived from the Radical Wholeness two-day workshop created by Philip Shepherd.
